As Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Marco served for seven years as a strategic partner to the founder, CEO, executive team, and board. He built the legal, human resources, compliance, and project management functions from the ground up, oversaw a workforce scaling of 150% in a single year, and led the company's multimillion-dollar sale to a private equity firm — from preparation through due diligence to close. During his tenure, he reduced outside legal spend by 90% while increasing both productivity and compliance.
Marco served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Wolfe LLC, a high-growth emerging technology company.
